Best Essential Oils Blend For Allergies

With spring in full bloom, those who suffer from pollen allergies are probably dreading the idea of going outside. And while you could take some over the counter meds that will most likely make you groggy… I have a better idea!

Option A:

Essential oils

I’ve collected the best essential oils that are known for allergy relief. Although there is a good list of 15 or more that you can use to help with allergy symptoms… I’d much rather use a tried and true concoction. To make this “Allergy Relief” blend you will need:

  1. 1 fl oz Empty Essential Oils Bottle (use a dark color to preserve the oils)
  2. Organic Fractioned Coconut Oil
  3. 3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
  4. 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  5. 3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil

Fill your empty essential oil bottle halfway with fractioned coconut oil, then drop in your essential oils. Fill the remaining amount with fractioned coconut oil. Place the lid on and shake well to combined.

Apply 1-2 drops to your fingers, rub into your wrist and behind your ears. You can also create this blend without the fractioned coconut oil to use in a diffuser, but do not apply directly to your skin without diluting first. There are lots of different diffuser options nowadays; necklaces, bracelets, earrings, car diffusers, and in home diffusers.

Personally I really like this one, you can get it on Amazon here for $14.99. It comes with 8 colored essential oil pads.

Option B:

There are lots of organic and natural allergy relief supplements out there. This particular supplement is called California Nature Shots, comes highly recommended and it’s only $15.00!

allergy relief supplementI prefer to use tinctures or liquid supplements because our bodies absorb 93% of liquids vs only a 37% of capsules.

Here is what someone else had to say about this allergy relief supplement…

“My 73 year old husband has developed a food allergy to bread products. This man loves bread however he would sneeze for 10 minuets after eating and I was at wits end to find something to help him. I’m a firm believer in anything natural so I decided to try this product and it was amazing. Not only does it stop the sneezing but an added bonus, no snoring at night time. He has used this product for about 90 days with no problems or apparent side effects. I would like to add my husband takes no medications and I would not recommend this product to anyone taking any type of prescriptions without consulting their doctor first. Extremely pleased with the order process and fast deliver. Bottles were packed amazingly well in order to avoid breakage.” -Alma

Can I completely cure my allergies

I believe with time, yes.

I read awhile back that your allergies can change every 7 years, you may remain allergic to one thing and establish another or get rid of them all together. Additionally recent conversations with my chiropractor has informed me that the vast majority of our allergies, such as pollen -stem from misalignment in the spine. So if you’ve had any ongoing allergies, you may consider seeing a holistic chiropractor and have things checked out.

If you’ve taken alot of previous over the counter medications, it is likely that you are overdue for a detox to flush lingering medicine residual build up in your system. Additionally if you’ve eaten foods high in soy content or non organic fruits and vegetables, not to speak of GMO based foods – then for sure… your diet has been impacting your allergies and you may want to consider changing your food choices.

Lastly, allergies are a sign that your bodies immune system is weak. Boosting your immune system with hardy foods, safe water and implementing organic vitamin supplements can definitely give your immune system a helping hand!

I hope you found this post helpful in treating your allergy struggles. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below, I’d love to hear from you 🙂
