#1. Roasted Tomato Soup & Cheese On Toast

 

Roasted Tomato Soup
Ingredients List:
Vine Tomatoes
1 – Red Onion
Garlic Cloves
Olive Oil
Salt Pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Vegetable Stock
Cream

Into the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180* C or 356* F

Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Topping
Ingredients List:
Sun-dried Tomatoes
Pine Nuts
Parmesan
Olive Oil
Pepper

Cheese On Toast AKA Welsh Rabbit
Ingredients List:
3 1/2 tablespoons of Butter
3 1/2 tablespoons of Flour
Stout Beer
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Worcester Sauce
Montgomery Cheddar Cheese
Rustic Country Bread

#2 Beef Brisket

Ingredients List:
Beef Brisket
Salt
Olive Oil
Carrots
Celery
1 Whole Garlic Bulb
Peppercorns
Whole Cloves
Nutmeg

#3 Spiced Rice Pudding

Ingredients List:
1 Fresh Vanilla Pod
2 Cardamon Pods
3 Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 cups Coconut Milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
Milk
2 tablespoons Cream
Lime Zest
1 cup Pudding Rice
2 Egg Yolks
2 tablespoons of Mascarpone Cheese ( an Italian Cream Cheese)

Pop in the oven for 15 minutes at 200* C or 392* F

#4 Shepard’s Pie

 

Ingredients List:
Olive Oil
Ground Lamb
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Carrots
1 Clove of Garlic
Worcester Sauce
Tomato Puree
Red Wine
Thyme
Rosemary
Chicken Stock
Potatoes
2 Egg Yolks
Parmesan Cheese

Alittle tip.. fork the top. In the oven for 18-20 minutes at 180* C or 356* F

#5. Apple & Cranberry Crumble

Ingredients List:
4 Apples
2 tablespoons Sugar
Pinch of Cinnamon
1 Pod of Vanilla Seeds
Dried Cranberries
1 Lemon Zest & Juice

Crumble
Ingredients List:
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons Demerara Sugar
8 tablespoons butter
Pinch of Cinnamon
Crunchy Granola

Quick tip.. turn heat back on just long enough that the edges start to bubble before you put it in the oven. Place in oven for 12-14 minutes at 200* C or 392* F until golden brown on top.
